Cookie Panda passed IAB Europe's Transparency & Consent Framework review on web, mobile and connected TV — one registered CMP across every screen.

Cookie Panda has passed IAB Europe's Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF) review on web, mobile and connected TV. We're a registered CMP (CMP ID 515), and that single registration covers every platform we ship.
IAB Europe validates that a CMP shows the right information, collects choices correctly and writes a valid TC string. We went through the review for each surface:
Web — the async loader that renders the banner, blocks trackers before consent and exposes window.__tcfapi.
Mobile — the native iOS, Android and Flutter SDKs, which write the standard IABTCF_* keys for in-app ad SDKs.
Connected TV — our 10-foot consent UIs for Roku, Apple tvOS and Android TV.
The approved build implements TCF v2.3, including full support for legitimate interest: vendors and purposes that rely on it are disclosed, and visitors can object to them from the same preferences screen they use for consent. The same behaviour ships on every platform, so a publisher with a website, an app and a TV channel gets one consistent consent experience.
Your ad partners receive a TC string from a registered, reviewed CMP.
Google's Additional Consent and Consent Mode v2 signals are emitted alongside it.
You don't need a separate CMP for your apps or TV channels.
